General Information
Watercraft Superstore uses the fastest, most efficient and affordable shipping method available. We use FedEx and USPS for shipping within the United States. Extra charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and SP.
Watercraft Superstore uses several warehouses including some manufacturers shipping directly to you. These items include but are not limited to: impellers, inflatable tubes and some smaller accessory items. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, if we find an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible. Those items may have additional shipping times attached to them.
Combine orders and save on shipping! For all Domestic and International customers. Please request an invoice at check out if you are ordering multiple items. Due to different items with different weights, we ask you request an invoice for correct shipping total. You will receive an invoice via eBay after items are combined with correct total.
Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. All shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the email address that you have provided us and will be traceable through the shipping company's web site. For FedEx, you will receive the tracking number directly from FedEx. If you have any questions regarding shipping or our policy feel free to contact the customer service department through eBay.
Domestic Shipping
Alaska and Hawaii customers, your items will ship out via United States Postal Service, please inquire before purchasing on rates and transit times.
**All packages shipped within the state of Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax. **
International Shipping
We ship items internationally via United States Postal Service. Generally speaking we will ship items International Priority which takes about 6-10 business days (non-trackable). If you would like your item shipped quicker we offer International Express shipping that will get your item to you in about 3-5 business days, of course this option does cost more. Some items will fit in a small flat rate box, this of course saves you money on shipping, however, these boxes cannot be tracked on the postal website. Transit times are based on what the Postal Service quotes and does not include delays in customs within your country. Please, before paying for your item, check with us on rates, do not simply put in your own price for shipping, it holds up on shipping times. Also, please request an invoice at check-out so that we can select the correct shipping amount and method. If for some reason there is a miscalculation in the shipping cost we will have to collect the money via paypal before the item(s) are shipped out.
Watercraft Superstore will not be fraudulent on any customs forms, so please do not ask. We only put the true value of the items in the box. We do not pay for any international customs fees or duties.
We cannot ship any chemicals internationally due to postal regulations.
We cannot issue return call tags for international customers. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items before completing your check out (i.e. correct sizes for apparel items and correct engine parts for your ski). All returned items for international customers will be shipped at the customers expense. If you have purchased the wrong item and need to return you will not be refunded your original shipping money.
If a package is returned to us for non-receipt, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If you would like the package resent to you, there will be another shipping charge.

All items sold by Watercraft Superstore will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Watercraft Superstore's house brand of wetsuits, riding shorts, rash guards and life jackets all carry a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If you have an issue that you believe to be a warranty issue please send us a note through eBay for instructions on how to proceed with your claim.
BlackTip Jetsports Custom/Standard Seat Covers and Traction Mats come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims. Watercraft Superstore Brand covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect as well.
Watercraft Superstore hopes that you will be happy with you new purchase and that everything meets or exceeds your expectations. This is not always the case and sometimes you get the wrong item whether it is size, color, not what you thought, or it is the wrong part for your application. Watercraft Superstore will gladly accept your return within 60 days for items that are in new, sellable condition and have not been installed. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on CUSTOM made products, including ALL of our seat covers, tractions mats and custom storage covers (with the exception of black cut groove), these items are non returnable and non refundable. Send us a note through eBay for a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
